Aertron, Inc. is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in aviation safety, regulatory strategy, and AI/ML integration for safety-critical systems. We support government and industry partners across aviation research, evaluation, certification, and modernization initiatives spanning the National Airspace System (NAS) and emerging Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) operations.

We’re a small, senior team doing consequential work — helping shape how new technologies are evaluated and integrated into the future of flight. As we grow, we’re always looking to connect with exceptional people, even when a specific opening isn’t posted.

• Aviation safety and regulatory affairs — certification, standards, and safety risk management
• AI/ML — applied machine learning for safety-critical or regulated environments
• Program support — technical writing, quality assurance, and program coordination
